RYDZ USA LLC Warranty Policy

RYDZ USA LLC (“Manufacturer”) is committed to providing high-quality products and stands behind the craftsmanship of each RYDZ Low-Speed Vehicle (“LSV”). This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Manufacturer will address defects in material or workmanship.

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 Coverage Period

• The warranty period for RYDZ LSVs is one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser (“Warranty Period”).

1.2 Covered Components

This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship in the following components of the vehicle:

• Frame and Structure
• Electrical Systems (excluding the battery, which has a separate warranty from the battery manufacturer)
• Mechanical Components
• Powder Coat Finish

1.3 Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Modifications or alterations made by the user
• Damage resulting from accidents or environmental factors
• Consumable parts, including but not limited to batteries, tires, and brake pads (battery warranty is provided separately by the battery manufacturer)

2. Warranty Claim Process

2.1 Notification

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must notify Manufacturer in writing within the Warranty Period. The notification should include:

• Proof of purchase
• Description of the defect
• Photographs or other supporting evidence, if applicable

2.2 Inspection

• Manufacturer may require the vehicle to be returned to an authorized service center for inspection.
• The purchaser is responsible for any transportation costs associated with returning the vehicle for inspection.

2.3 Remedy

If a defect covered by this warranty is found, Manufacturer will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective component at no charge, including labor and parts, or
• Replace the defective component with a new or refurbished part, or
• Replace the entire vehicle with a new or refurbished unit.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 Extent of Warranty

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Manufacturer and supersedes any other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

3.2 Limitations

Manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components as described above. In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the vehicle.

4. Warranty Transfer

4.1 Non-Transferable

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original retail purchaser of the vehicle.

5. Governing Law

5.1 Applicable Law

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
